There are three simple methods of Meditation one can very easily learn.

Meditation Method – 1

Select a picture of any Holy Personality which is very dear to you such as Buddha, Rama, Krishna, Prophet, Christ, Mahavir, Jesus, Nanak, Swami Vivekananda, Kali Ma, Shiva, Sri Ramkrishna, Holy Mother or as per one’s own religious interest. Look at the selected picture with complete absorption and concentration for a few minutes. And then close your eyes for about five minutes during which you may continue to visualize the same picture. Do this repeatedly. This will develop the power of concentration and also make your mind pure, because the purity of the holy personality will permeate into your personality.

Meditation Method – 2

If someone has issues with eyes while looking at picture or they are visually impaired, then they can take any Holy name or mantra of God and then repeat the same mentally for five to ten minutes.

Meditation Method – 3

If someone is an atheist and doesn’t believe in any God or Mantra, then they can meditate by visualizing a light in the center of heart.
