Gadchiroli, Maharashtra: Naxalites have affirmed to have shot an IED in Gadchiroli area of Maharashtra today killing 16 security faculty. The group of C60 Commandos was focused by Naxals in Maharashtra's Gadchiroli, which is notorious for rehashed Naxal assaults. Wednesday's assault is one of the greatest that has hit the security powers in Gadchiroli in the ongoing years.

The vehicle, which was targetted was conveying 16 security work force from the Kurkheda Quick Response Team of Gadchiroli police and the impact occurred among Jamborkheda and Lendhari, as indicated by nearby police.

This comes hours after naxalites have purportedly set burning 27 machines and vehicles at a street building site in Kurkheda of Gadchiroli locale.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has likewise censured the assault naming it "defeatist".
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has censured the assault expressing that "the culprits of such viciousness won't be saved."
